 About the Role:

As a Lead Preschool/Toddler Teacher, you’ll:

  • Create a nurturing, safe classroom environment for children ages 1–5.
  • Deliver lessons from our exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum (training provided).
  • Foster trusted relationships with families and coworkers.
  • Help children develop critical early life skills—emotionally, socially, and cognitively.

 Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (NCECC) or equivalent
  • 1+ year of early childhood experience (required)
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Able to reliably commute or relocate to Chapel Hill, NC 27516
 Job Details:

  • Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday | No weekends
  • Expected hours: 30–40 per week
  • Work Location: On-site
